Emergency services | Each sales branch office will respond to emergency call and dispatch a technician to users’ site in case it is necessary and feasible. | ||
Dispatch of Supervisor | It is not impossible to provide guidance of working instruction at users’ site in case customers would operate the maintenance by themselves. But we cannot guarantee the outcome if our technician did not work it directly. |
Standard overhaul inspection content

2. Maintenance work | Disassemble, clean/replace parts, assemble, test run, and make a report | - Bring back the drained oil as a waste oil |
2-1 Disassembly | - Dismount V-belt cover | |
- Remove V-belt | In case it is impossible to remove components due to deterioration or seizure, discuss with customer. | |

4-1 Bearing temperature | - Measure four times in total every 15 minutes to confirm that there is no abnormality | |
4-2 Vibration | - Confirm that there is no abnormal vibration at the start of test running, and measure the vibration value just before finish the test. | |
4-3 Noise | - Confirm that there is no abnormal noise | |
4-4 Oil leakage | - Confirm that there is no leakage from the shaft penetrating bore and the matching surfaces of each part | |
5. After work | - Report the completion of work to the client | |

5-2 Moving out materials and tools | - Carry materials and tools out of designated area | |
6. Report | - In principle, submit report within two weeks after the work completion | |
