| What is a roots blower? How is it different from regular blowers (turbo blowers)?開く |
| Roots blowers are positive displacement blowers with no air volume changes, even if there are pressure fluctuations. Positive displacement blowers also have constant shaft power even if there are differences in suction temperature. |
| How much range is the air volume?開く |
| Many options are available, from 0.1m3/min to 600m3/min. |
| How much range is the air pressure?開く |
| For positive pressure blowers, up to about 120kPa for single-stage and up to about 250kPa for two-stage models. For vacuum pump, up to about -60kPa for single-stage models and -100kPa for multi-stage (two-stage/three-stage) models. |
| Can they be used for gas other than air?開く |
| It can be used for various types of gas, but the materials and sealing structures are designed differently depending on the type of gas contents. |
| What materials are applicable for blower components? 開く |
| Standard materials are cast iron, such as FC300 and FC250. There are also special materials, such as SCS (stainless steel casting) and BC (copper alloy). Various coating materials are also available for corrosion protection, such as plating. |
| How long is the delivery time?開く |
| Normal delivery time is about 1-2 months for standard blowers, but basically it depends on difficulties of material procurement for tailored products. |
| How many days does it take for quotation?開く |
| We submit quotation within one day for standard products. Normally it takes one week for special requirement. |
| Can you dispatch technicians outside of Japan?開く |
| Not impossible depending on its necessity and feasibility, to dispatch technicians from Japan or our subsidiary company in Thailand. |
| Are the products compatible with standards in other countries?開く |
| We have delivered the products to many countries in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, North America, and Africa, which fits local standard. |
| Is it possible to make noise control measures for the devices?開く |
| We can arrange noise enclosing boxes and/or Silencers if required noise level specified in detail. |
| Is it possible to replace a product from the one that is already installed from another company? 開く |

| Is the aero flow volume controllable?開く |
| Yes, by the combination of pulleys, using inverters, etc. |
| What is the drive transferring system?開く |
| We have two types, belt drive through pulleys and direct coupling. Please inquire for details. |
| What is the difference between 2 lobes and 3 lobes?開く |
| 2 or 3 shows the number of lobes per rotor. 3 lobes can reduce pulsation of pressure on the aero flow. |
